Shipping in Japan
- All orders are shipped via Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
- Flat rate: ¥800 — free shipping on orders over ¥15,000.
- Items that fit postal delivery size (such as tea) will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

Apparel and other goods (hoodies, t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are shipped separately by our print-on-demand partners. Shipping rates vary by product and destination, and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
- We ship within one week of your order, subject to product availability.
- Asia: approximately 1–2 weeks.
- EU, UK, Oceania, Canada: approximately 2–3 weeks.
- In some countries, customs procedures may cause additional delays.

- DHL (for high-value or expedited shipments)
We select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination country and current conditions. Customers cannot choose the carrier.
Additional Costs
When purchasing from abroad, you are the importer and are responsible for paying customs duties, sales tax, and value-added tax (VAT). The following fees may be charged by the receiving country:
- VAT of the receiving country
- Import duties
These vary widely by country. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to receive your package due to refusal to pay taxes, we will refund your order after deducting shipping costs and related expenses.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
All items are shipped under DDU terms. The checkout price includes shipping but does not include import taxes. Taxes are to be paid by the customer upon receipt.
FOB (Free on Board)
Our goods are delivered under FOB terms. All responsibility and ownership of the package transfers to the buyer once the package leaves Japan. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, please file a claim with the courier company. We will send you a tracking number when we ship your package. Please do not accept damaged packages.
